Hi, my name is Russell White. I started triathlon in February 2010, I was a swimmer for as long as I can remember, but made the decision to move into Triathlon in 2010. I am currently a member of the Triathlon Ireland High Performance Squad.
I have set this blog up in order to track my progress in the sport of triathlon, I will post my results, my up coming races along with photos from all my events, and training camps etc. I will also have a dedicated section for my sponsors, it will show any new kit that i receive, plus pictures and links to the sponsors website.
